This is the perfect size messenger bag to carry your HL (or any) Bible! The leather feels absolutely amazing! I love the choice of inner compartments! The lining is just as high quality! I could also use this as an everyday carry bag, easily fitting my tablet, Bible, small laptop, and writing supplies. Definitely gender-neutral as far as style goes, which I also love (except I'm not going to share it with my husband, lol shhh). The only thing I wish it had is a large open pocket across the outer back.
This is the best Bible Bag I have ever owned. The leather is so soft and smells so amazing. The Bibles fit in perfectly and it's just a joy to carry around! Can not recommend this Humb Shield Bible bag more highly!
I have looked at this bag for over a year. I finally took the chance and made the purchase.
It’s perfection. For a point of reference, I’m a female, 4’10” Because, the bag is modeled, by a man, I thought it would be too large for a smaller woman to carry. I put study Bible in along with a few other things and it fits both my stuff and me perfectly. The leather is supple, gorgeous and the sturdiness is more than I imagined. This bag will last me a lifetime. Do not hesitate if you’re on the fence when you get it home, you will be pleased to have purchased it.
I’ve been using my HL shield for a couple of weeks now. Great for travel or around town. It is a very well made soft leather bag. It is also a very simplistic messenger bag that allows you to carry your phone, iPad, notebook and Bible.
Overall very nice leather messenger bag for safely protecting your expensive Bibles and transporting additional journals, highlighters, etc. Also has great slot for storing mobile phone separately so as not to scratch it. I gave it 4 stars only because the shoulder strap that it comes with is not premium, feels cheap compared to the rest of the bag.
