This is another beautiful edition to my Humble Lamb Bible library. The 'Ocean Blue Calfskin Leather Cover' along with the 'Fore-Edge Gilt 1' is an amazing way to present "The Word of God" telling the amazing story of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ from His birth to His resurrection. Of course, we must take into consideration that the most important part of the Bible is that God's Word provides us with the daily "Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding" we need to nourish and enlighten our "Spiritual Growth" as we walk with Him each day here on earth, until our journey is over, and we will spend "Eternity" with Him in Heaven. Matthew 5:3-10
It was worth the wait!! It's a GORGEOUS rose-gold bible with the fore-edge gilt 1: Jesus, Mother Mary and Father Joseph, Jesus on the cross, etc. The artwork inside the bible is beautifully done as well! I ❤️ that it is read like a storybook in a single column format; I especially love the dropcaps. I could go on and on, but it will be a bible that I will treasure forever because it is the very 1st premium bible I've ever purchased for myself and I think it was a good investment! 🥰❤️ I plan to get other bibles in other versions from Humble Lamb in the future! Incredible update to the 1st edition! I love the craftsmanship, and quality put into this bible. It is an interesting size, not sure I’d go for it if this were my only premium bible purchase since it’s so small, but I have the Shepherd and SonRise editions too which are standard sizes so I’m cool with the compactness of this edition. The ocean blue is so nice too. Beautiful to look at abd the feel of it in your hand is out of this world.
i just received my NASB HIStory in the mail today, and i must say this is one of the most beautiful compact reading bibles i've ever experienced in my life.
the attention to detail in the drop caps, unique typesetting on each page, full set of 220 dore illustrations, and the way the yapp covers the pages and provides a nice gutter when holding in one hand to read is one-of-a-kind.

I have a sonrise NLV from Humble Lamb and it is awesome. This one just doesn't compare to it. The leather is okay, but the color is incredible. I love the ocean blue. The box is great that it came in. The stamp HIStory on the inside cover bleeds into the front cover. Pages are beautiful. The edging is awesome. The words of Jesus need to be a darker blue. Everything else is great. Just wish it was on the level of my sonrise and that i didn't see the History stamp work from the front of the Bible.
